About Liz Hamilton

Liz is an experienced Holistic Kinesiologist with a Diploma in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology, who enables her clients to regain power over their life and health. Even now, after practising Kinesiology for over twenty years, she still finds it an awe-inspiring modality.

Liz knows the difference Kinesiology has made in her own life, and also in that of her clients.
She sees it move her clients to a healthier place and be able to cope better with daily challenges or more serious situations.

Her aim is directed at changing patterns and belief systems no longer working for you.

Liz has been involved in the Natural Health field for more than thirty years. She is a former teacher and, as well as her Diploma in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology, Liz is also qualified in Massage Therapy and Reiki, thus ensuring you receive a balanced, integrated approach to your health.

About Kinesiology

Kinesiology provides a way of understanding yourself and how you respond to the stresses and challenges of modern life.

What happens during a Kinesiology session?

With gentle pressure applied to an indicator muscle, Liz
